How Free compares to paid plans, marketplace fees, AI credits, and upgrading as your practice grows.

Can I start with only a few clients?

Yes. Fito Free supports up to 3 active clients. Every paid plan includes unlimited active clients, so you upgrade for automation, AI capacity, team seats, and lower marketplace fees — never for more client slots.

How do marketplace fees work?

Marketplace fees apply when you win clients through the FitoGramme marketplace. Free starts at 10%, Essential at 5%, Pro at 2.5%, and Elite at 0% platform fee (payment gateway fees only). Your own direct clients are never charged a marketplace fee.

How do AI credits work?

Each plan includes a monthly AI credit pool for macros, meal building, workouts, and insights. Credits reset each billing cycle. If you need more mid-month, top up with a Boost or Power pack without changing your plan.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your professional workspace. When you move up, you unlock more automation, AI capacity, and lower marketplace fees immediately. Your clients and library stay with you.

Do paid plans include a free month?

Yes. Essential, Pro, and Elite include 1 month free so you can prove the workflow with real clients before you commit. Fito Free stays free forever for up to 3 active clients — no card required.

Does AI replace the coach’s decisions?

No. FitoGramme AI creates editable drafts and estimates. The coach reviews exercises, quantities, macros, schedules, and client assignments before saving or publishing anything.
